Thank you for visiting us on the web. I’m Cindy Pfeiffer, President and Founder, and I’m excited about the work I do every day to help individuals and organizations become stronger, better, and more successful.

I learned at a young age that I love to push myself to be my best, and that equally, I enjoy being part of helping others be their best. One of the other great lessons that sticks with me today I learned from someone very special, a big influence in my life, and a role model as a leader, my dad. Whenever he was involved in something challenging, time-consuming, or even something that as a kid I may have viewed as a waste of time or “not worth it”, my dad would grin and say, “It’s about the process”. He was a visionary yet he recognized that much of the joy that came with reaching a goal was actually found during the journey to success. To him, a goal achieved without a sense of satisfaction and fulfillment fell short of what was possible. I grew up buying into this philosophy. These lessons, along with my values, are at the heart of my work at Lead Learn Consulting.

I value leadership and learning. We lead. We learn. Regardless of position or role, I believe that we all have opportunities every day to lead. Similarly, not a day goes by that we don’t have an opportunity to learn something new. When we choose to seize these opportunities we invest in our growth and take another step on our journey to becoming our best. My work at Lead Learn Consulting is about integrating these efforts – learning and leading – in order to help others maximize success and satisfaction.

I know that leaders have daily challenges meeting the demands of their jobs and delivering the necessary results. I believe that organizations can increase effectiveness by taking a comprehensive and integrated approach to developing their people. As a systems thinker and a lover of learning, my goal is to collaborate with organizations to create the environment, frameworks, systems, and supporting tools that will help leaders manage their people, and help people manage their individual performance and their careers.

I’m driven by developing a relationship with clients that allows us to discover together the best path to results.
